Moulton Chapel Primary School reaped the fruits of its success in Spalding Big Switch On’s school choir competition with a day out at AlleyCatz Bowling Alley on Tuesday.

After singing their hearts on in the town centre last month, the youngsters put their efforts into knocking down skittles at the Westlode Street leisure venue.

Headteacher Lisa Meacher said: “For some of them it was a new experience and for others, it was really nice to give them a chance to wind down at the end of a school day.

“They had a great time and are now preparing for a performance at the Moulton Chapel Tulip Parade in May.” Photo (NIKKI GRIFFIN): SG150113-336NG.
