Toby hands school cheque to hospital

editorial image

Seven-year-old Toby Williams was thinking of less fortunate children when he visited Great Ormond Street Hospital to hand over a cheque for £205.

The money was collected by pupils, friends and family at his school, Lutton St Nicholas Primary.

The School Council chose Great Ormond Street Hospital as their charity and raised funds by producing a poster full of Christmas greetings and by collections following the school’s very successful Christmas performance of Cinderella.

Toby said he was nervous about visiting hospital but handing over a cheque made him happy.
