Pupils raise the roof at carol concert

Waiting for Video...

Long Sutton’s St Mary’s Church was filled with the sounds of music and children’s voices at a carol concert.

The event was organised by the Lincolnshire Co-operative and led by vicar Father Jonathan Sibley.

Youngsters from Long Sutton Primary School choir and instrumental soloists from Peele Community College lifted the roof with a mix of traditional and modern festive favourites and the musical accompaniment for the evening was provided by Foss Dyke Brass Band.

Father Jonathan said: “It was a lovely evening.”
