John Hayes MP has officially opened the new wing of a Spalding care home, which was blessed by Father Jim Burkeat the same ceremony.

The Tanglewood Cedal Falls care home in Little London has increased its capacity by 12 rooms so it can now accommodate a total of 93 residents.

The long-established home, classified as nursing, residential and palliative care, is one of a group of five similar Tanglewood properties, all based in Lincolnshire.
