Names put to figures in Sheepmarket picture

Wendy Walton, of Edinburgh Drive, Spalding recognised the two figures in the picture of Sheep Market in Spalding (above) that first appeared in the Spalding Guardian of November 8.

Wendy says the figures in the foreground are her great grandparents, Alfred and Isabella Bean, who kept a secondhand furniture shop in part of the buildings now used by Heron.
