Mental health awareness evening

Surfing the Waves is a mental health awareness evening taking place on Friday.

The event is at the Ivo Day Centre, Albion Street, Spalding, from 6pm.

It will be a relaxed informative evening featuring talks on psychosis and marijuana use, an art display by the Blue Skies Group and the chance to pick up various leaflets.

The evening will conclude with a complimentary screening of A Beautiful Mind.
