Jubilee noticeboard put up

editorial image

Children from Tydd St Mary brought out their Union Flags to celebrate the new notice board put up to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

The notice board was bought by the parish council with help from district councillors, David Wilkinson, Simon Booth and the late Dennis Tennant, the long-serving councillor who died earlier this year after a brave fight against cancer.

Tydd St Mary clerk Karen Treacher said the district councillors contributed £600 from the designated budgets they are given to support good causes in South Holland. Photo supplied
