Get going with health walks

WALKING is one of the cheapest and easiest ways to exercise, and there are numerous health walks in South Holland.

These free walks are available to everybody regardless of ability, in a friendly and sociable environment.

There are currently walk groups in Spalding, Crowland, Holbeach, Sutton St James and Long Sutton, which walk weekly.

Health Walks are suitable for beginners and are led by trained volunteers. The majority of walks are between 45 minutes and one hour, 20 minutes.

The best health walk I can imagine would be for our lazy and petty minded County Councillors responsible for Adult Social Care to take a long wall off a short pier.
