Council asks for grit bins in Holbeach Hurn

Holbeach Parish Council is taking up residents’ requests for a new salt bin and road gritting in the area with county highways bosses.

Residents want a salt bin installed at the junctions of Low Road, Marsh Road and Hurn Road, Holbeach Hurn.

Parish councillors also want a stretch of the old Washway Road in Holbeach, between Penny Hill Road and Star Cross Lane, to be added to the county’s road gritting scheme.
